Our Story: Three Brothers, One Mission

At Triplet Turf Team, our business is rooted in family and a shared history of hard work. Born and raised right here in the Northwest Suburbs, we’ve spent our lives working side-by-side, fueled by an incomparable work ethic and a drive to make our community a better place.

Meet the Brothers

• Xadrian (The Oldest): Leading the pack by 4 ½ minutes, Xadrian is the technical heart of the team. He’s always been mechanically inclined, with a deep-seated love for working with his hands, tinkering with cars, and staying ahead of the curve with the latest technology.

• Alexander (The Middle): When he’s not fueled by his favorite chocolate or diving into the world of video games, Alexander is preparing for his next great chapter: serving our country in the United States Navy. His dedication to duty is a core part of our team's discipline.

• Everett (The Youngest): Trailing his oldest brother by just 7 minutes, Everett shares the family passion for machines. He specializes in the fine details of small engine repair and automotive work, ensuring our equipment is always running at peak performance.

Rooted in Community

We’ve always believed that ambition is best used when it’s helping others. Whether we were packing seeds for Africa or volunteering with Habitat for Humanity, our family has always prioritized giving back.

The "Pay What You Can Afford" Legacy

Our mission actually started when we were just 12 years old. Growing up in our Crystal Lake neighborhood, we saw many elderly neighbors struggling to keep up with the physical demands of lawn care and snow removal. We didn't want them to worry about their curb appeal or their safety, so we started helping out based on whatever they could afford to give.

Today, that 12-year-old spirit lives on. Our commercial and residential business allows us to continue our Pay-What-You-Can program, ensuring that our local seniors are never left behind.
